African Youth Writers Organisation-AYWO03 déc. 2015
Spelling bees, spoken word, storytelling, drumming, dancing, and so much more…Pupils, teachers, parents, and communities have been celebrating reading all over the country at Ghana’s first-ever reading festivals. The festivals were organized by USAID the Ministry of Education, and the Ghana Education Service through the USAID Ghana Partnership for Education: Learning in every region of the country. Today is the last day, and they are taking place now in Tamale, Wa, Bolgatanga, and Sunyani. After the festivals, more than 4 million books will be delivered to kindergartens and primary schools in all 216 districts of Ghana.
